I have been a customer for 12 years, and I always thought your service – at my home and in your store – was excellent. Now I think it’s even better. Our water pump stopped working after a power outage and, by the time I called, you were closed. We were facing a long weekend with many guests and no water. I left a message and sent an email, and at 20:00 you phoned, and talked me carefully and patiently through getting the pump started. My wife and I are extremely grateful.
